In my 20s and 30s, things were much easier.
I used to
◘ Have endless energy for all day.
◘ Eat anything like burgers, pizza, and ice cream without any adverse effect

But all this started changing somewhere in my 40s
It Was A DOWNWARD Trend After I Entered My 40s.
It seemed as if my once-perfect figure started to vanish overnight. I could see the effect of whatever I ate on my body.
In the past, my body was able to process and burn off all the food I ate without issue, but now it seems that’s no longer the case.
My Metabolism was not as efficient as it used to be.

I tried all possible solutions that came to mind.
I tried walking, but it was not effective and it took a long time without any tangible benefits.
