    • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely diced
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil, for cooking
  • For the Sauce:
    • 1 tomato, diced
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) avocado oil, for cooking
  • For the Bread:
    • Make this microwave Keto bread recipe (2 batches)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bread: Make the Keto bread and slice each batch into 4 slices.
  2. Make the Meatballs: Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl. Form small meatballs and fry in coconut oil until cooked.
  3. Make the Sauce: Sauté diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in avocado oil.
