If I could add garlic to everything, I probably would. Well, not everything—imagine garlic in brownies or cookies—no thanks! But when it comes to savory dishes, garlic is a must. This low-carb garlic bread is my latest obsession. After experimenting with fathead dough, I created this delicious garlic version inspired by my cheesy garlic breadsticks, but keto-friendly!

How to Make Keto Garlic Bread
Ingredients

- Garlic powder: Avoid garlic salt, as the cheese and yogurt already add salt.
- Mozzarella cheese: Use pre-shredded mozzarella or shred your own from a block.
- Greek yogurt: Melted with the cheese to create a creamy mixture. Sour cream or cream cheese works too.
- Egg: Helps hold the garlic bread together. Add it last to prevent cooking the egg with warm cheese.
- Butter: Mixed with minced garlic to brush over the top.
- Garlic: Freshly minced or from a jar.
- Italian herbs: Just a sprinkle for extra flavor!
- Parmesan cheese: A bit for sprinkling on top for added flavor.

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Melt Cheese and Yogurt: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and Greek yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute until the cheese melts. Whisk together until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the egg and mix well until a dough forms.
- Shape Dough: Transfer the dough onto the lined baking tray. Flatten it out into an oval shape using a spoon.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian herbs. Brush the mixture over the top of the dough.
- Bake: Bake the garlic bread for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 2 minutes before sprinkling with parmesan cheese.
