This is particularly one of those things we all try to neglect.
Everyone nowadays is trying to dose themselves with a touch of hot bath daily.
But what we don’t know is that having a cold bath every morning is a priority routine of the most successful people as it allows them to start the day strong and disciplined.

Each day, Tony Robbins treats himself into a 57-degree Fahrenheit same as 13 degrees Celsius cold bath.
In his own words, he says… “I do it because there is nothing that can change everything in your system like a radical change in temperature. Every organ, every nerve in your body is on fire.”
Taking a cold shower regulates your blood sugar levels, speeds up your recovery, improves your sleep quality, strengthens your immune system, and helps reduce pain.
If there’s one routine of the most successful people that is the most popular, then it is reading.
Every successful individual love reading books because they know of the benefits it delivers to every aspect of the body.
Although, you know that these successful people love reading, something you might not know is that they also include it in their morning routine.
It isn’t an activity they find time for during the day alone, they ensure to make it a first point attack every morning.

A 2013 study also confirms that as one build tension in reading, several areas of the brain gets lit up with activity and this can help in achieving more great things.
Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Arianna Huffington, and Warren Buffett are also not left out of the group.
Food is an important part of everyday live; it is also an important morning routine but this is one that just about anybody practices.
