How To Make Fig Banana Breakfast Smoothie

This fig with banana smoothie contains bananas, and figs. almonds. pistachios, walnuts, honey, and milk.

Those who have moderate taste and a good growing digestive system of a baby have cow milk. For a vegan version, one can substitute almond milk for the dairy and maple syrup for the honey.

But as I said earlier, figures and bananas are super sweet already so you could get rid of sugar/ unicorn tears completely if you want!

From our end, we prefer to drink this beverage as it is without adding anything sweet like sugar or honey. If you are pregnant or an expectant mother… limit the amount of sugar consumed.

PS If you’re concerned about weight gain, don’t throw in the cashews or the extras like sweetened yogurt to your morning blender blast.

In a vegan breakfast smoothie, you can substitute cow’s milk for non-dairy choices like almond or soy milk.

In particular, soy milk is high in protein and very acceptable.

Almond milk is also a good alternative, but make sure to not include honey at all and replace it maybe with maple syrup as your natural/organic figs, and sweetness from the bananas should do the trick even without needing any sweetening.
